The government has given PCS members yet another reason to vote for industrial action in next month's national statutory strike ballot by signalling its intention to slash civil service redundancy terms.

Our NEC is urging every PCS rep to make the ballot for industrial action over pay, pensions, jobs and the civil service compensation scheme, their overriding priority in the coming weeks.
