Low pay affects everyone, but the cumulative effects of attacks on pay, pensions and terms and conditions will hit younger members hardest.
PCS’s national campaign has helped galvanise a new wave of active young members, many of whom are getting involved in a union for the first time.

How you can attend our residential young members' event on 10 and 11 February. And make sure you have elected or co-opted a young members' officer for your branch.
For branches without one, we strongly encourage branch committees to co-opt a Young Members' Officer, as an interim step to a formal role. We also invite branches to send reps to a Young Members’ Event planned for 10/11 February 2024.
