More details have come from HMRC, following the Civil Service World article about the government plan to place a 40% 'cap' on the amount of working from home that will be allowed under hybrid working in the civil service.
‘Civil Service World’ article talks of “expectation of increased office-based working”. PCS is in talks with the Cabinet Office, as well as departmentally with HMRC.
Members are being balloted for strike action in a dispute over an attempt by management to erode their terms and conditions.
