Following the Pay and Contract Reform deal, HMRC has published the arrangements for payments to assist members who are moving offices, including the reimbursement of additional weekly travel costs.

As part of the MoJ pay deal a number of existing allowances and ways of remuneration for certain specialist grade jobs changed and interim arrangements have been put in place pending a series of reviews across all of these roles.

PCS has met with the HMCTS pay team to discuss specialist pay. The meeting focussed on Saturday and bank holiday ‘occasional’ courts and legal adviser pay. HMCTS has advised that the proposal outlined to PCS is an interim arrangement.
