PCS members at the British Council are this week taking strike action over plans to make more than 200 workers redundant. 

PCS members working for the British Council in the UK and on UK contracts will be taking strike action on 24 and 25 March over job cuts, privatisation and changes to overseas allowances.

Next week, we enter the final week of our national ballot - so please vote. And PCS is running a series of courses to become a learning advocate for PCS Digital. If you're looking to get more involved in your union then these are the courses for you.
