April is IBS Awareness Month. IBS is the most common disorder of the digestive system and it's estimated that symptoms are experienced by up to a third of the UK population.

PCS is now accepting nominations for this year’s organising and communications awards, which highlight the vital work our activists do to engage with members.
Most PCS branches will by now have held their AGMs, with officers and reps elected for the coming year and motions submitted to conference, but there’s still time to get involved if yours hasn’t happened yet.
The guidance says that employers must make ‘reasonable adjustments’ for women going through menopause or face legal action.
