Security officers in courts will take four days’ strike action over pay in July and August.

PCS members employed as security officers in courts have voted to take strike action over pay.

PCS will next week begin an industrial action ballot of members employed by OCS on the HMCTS security contract in a dispute over pay, terms and conditions.

PCS has today, (25 June), served notice to OCS of the intention to ballot all OCS members working on the HMCTS contract for industrial action with the ballot set to open on 2 July.
