PCS members working in the contact centre for DBS checks on criminal records are to take 6 days' strike action next week in a dispute over pay and conditions.

PCS is promoting our campaign to win on our pay and pensions demands at The Tolpuddle Martyrs Festival which returns this year from 15 July to 17 July, after 2 years online due to the pandemic.   

In the lead-up to the 18 June We Demand Better march and rally in London, the TUC is hosting a series of town hall events across the UK which we urge PCS members to get involved with.

Great uncertainty about the future is reflected in a survey of PCS members whose DWP office has been earmarked for closure.

As we head into May, PCS has a number of great courses coming up.
