March is Women’s History Month and our theme this year is “PCS – We make history, herstory”. Find out how you can get involved.
Our national campaign survey is now open and it is important that you take part so we can gauge the support for the campaign. The survey runs from 20 February to 5 March.
The guidance says that employers must make ‘reasonable adjustments’ for women going through menopause or face legal action.
As a democratic union, all of PCS’s policy positions come from the membership, and are ultimately decided at our annual delegate conference (ADC) – where ordinary members and delegates have their say on motions which shape the future of our union.
