The strike action has been suspended as a result of TPR agreeing to enter into meaningful negotiations with PCS.
National Museums Liverpool members will receive full strike pay if they vote for taking action in the ongoing ballot.
A strike ballot opens tomorrow (3 January) in the National Museums Liverpool as the employer continues to withhold the ÂŁ1,500 cost-of-living crisis payment.
PCS members will take 12 more days of strike action in January and February as they continue to fight for fair pay following the imposition of an unacceptable pay deal.
PCS is launching a postal ballot early in the new year at the National Museums Liverpool, which is now the only employer out of over 200 covered by the civil service pay remit guidance that has not paid staff a ÂŁ1,500 one-off cost-of-living payment.
