Hundreds of PCS members working at Heathrow airport will strike for 4 days from 29 April in response to the Home Office imposing a new roster that would see around 250 members forced out of their role on passport control.
The strike action has been suspended as a result of TPR agreeing to enter into meaningful negotiations with PCS.
PCS members will take 12 more days of strike action in January and February as they continue to fight for fair pay following the imposition of an unacceptable pay deal.
At a special TUC congress today (9), PCS vowed to resist minimum service levels which limited unions' right to take strike action.
End the year with a celebration of unity over division at a demonstration outside the Home Office in London.
