News
PCS has launched a strike ballot which will run until 13 May. It’s your chance to send the government a clear message that it’s time for decent pay in the civil service and related bodies.
A report commissioned by PCS demonstrates decades of decline, with civil service wages lower now than they were in 1975 when Harold Wilson was prime minister.
All PCS reps, advocates and members included in the national ballot are invited to the next series of Strike School sessions starting from 18 March.
The Cabinet Office secretary and deputy prime minister said the government needs to “embrace” AI to “drive the numbers down”.
