In our A to Z of benefits of joining the union, D is for our work around domestic abuse, providing help and support, education and campaigning.
Delegates at PCS conference voted to write to all members and refresh PCS Proud, the union’s self-governing group for LGBT+ members, and for the union to step up work on tackling underrepresentation.
PCS has members in nearly 500 different workplaces. Most of your jobs are done away from the spotlight. You matter to people in countless ways throughout their lives, including being at the very heart of our welfare state.
We are setting up a temporary emergency membership levy to fund the sustained targeted action needed to put maximum pressure on employers and the government to meet our demands.
