The special TUC Congress this weekend (9 December) will discuss the next stage of campaigning against the government’s anti-strike laws.
Striking ISS workers in Whitehall departments joined forces with ISS colleagues at the Cabinet Office to express solidarity with each other.
PCS will join a special TUC congress on 9 December which will “explore options for non-compliance and resistance” to the government’s anti-trade union restrictions which represent a direct attack on workers’ rights.
PCS called for an immediate and permanent uplift in benefit rates to match inflation during a debate at the TUC Congress in Liverpool.
General secretary Mark Serwotka called for urgent investment in public services and told TUC Congress that 13 years of austerity have broken the services our members deliver.
