Pay ballot: key dates

Achieving a turnout of at least 50% is absolutely vital in this ballot for action over pay. We are aiming for higher. Any less means we have no legal mandate for action, no matter how many of those members voted ‘yes’.

Please be aware of the timetable, so no member loses out on the opportunity to vote:

Here are the dates you need to know:

FRIDAY 13 JULY
Got new joiners? 13 July is the last date for non-members to have joined the union and still get a vote in the ballot.

MONDAY 16 JULY
The last date for members to request a replacement ballot paper is 16 July. Members who did not receive a paper by 26 June should contact balloting@pcs.org.uk giving name, membership number and ballot address.

THURSDAY 19 JULY
Ballot papers must be posted back by 19 July to ensure they arrive on time.

MONDAY 23 JULY
The ballot ends at noon on 23 July.
