Join the PCS black members' online seminar

The theme of the Zoom session on 3 October is challenging the legacy of colonialism and enslavement.

The PCS Black Members' virtual seminar is on Saturday 3 October from 10am - 3.30pm via Zoom.

Topics that will be covered:

  • Black History Month;
  • Black Lives Matter;
  • Impact of Covid-19 on black workers;
  • Recruitment, organising and under-representation.

There will be plenty of time to participate in engaging activities, ask questions to speakers and panellists, as well as share your experiences. We aim for the event to be empowering and informative.

There will be a variety of guest speakers including; Fran Heathcote, PCS national president and Peter Herbert, chair of the Society of Black Lawyers.
