We will be at the last Civil Service Live event in the latest series in London next Tuesday (16) and Wednesday (17).
The event in London is the seventh in the series of Civil Service Live events, which have already been held in Edinburgh, Exeter, Cardiff, Birmingham, Newcastle and Manchester.
CSL is the government’s annual, cross-departmental learning event for all civil servants, attracting thousands each year.
London’s event will cover two days, Tuesday 16 July and Wednesday 17 July. It will be held at the QEII centre in Westminster.
The agenda includes a session by PCS on “The Future of the Civil Service” at 10:45 on the first day. You can view the full agenda online to plan which workshops and sessions you will attend.
You need to make a formal request to attend via your line manager, but departments have made a commitment to release any staff who wish to go.
You can register for CSL online and we are encouraging all members of our professional and managers’ association to register and attend. Share knowledge, expertise and experience and attend one of the many workshops, seminars and other activities that are taking place.
Last year more than 19,000 civil servants attended the events so there are massive opportunities for us to engage and recruit to our Professionals and Managers’ Association (PMA) and for you to discover first-hand what we offer to our PMA members.
If you are not already a member join our PMA network.
