Members hold the power to turn the tide

14 Mar 2019

Our union has never been in a stronger position to overturn the cruel pay policies imposed on our members – only with mass involvement in the campaign can we make it happen.

The government is treating its own workforce with contempt over pay, while asking PCS members to work harder than ever to deliver crucial services and support the Brexit process.

Now that the Cabinet Office has confirmed that there will only be funded awards of 1% available for pay in 2019, our members are left with only one real choice – to give the government no choice but to listen.

Enough is enough.

Please return your postal vote in the ballot for industrial action, 18 March–29 April.

Please vote ‘yes’ to strike action and ‘yes’ to action short of a strike, to end this long-running injustice.

Please offer some time to the campaign – with mass involvement, we can win.

You can easily volunteer for a task on the simple sign-up form.
