PCS national president to talk on Social Security: the case for radical change

Fran Heathcote will address a meeting in Durham on the eve of this year’s Durham Miner’s Gala

On the day before this year’s Durham Miner's Gala a group of northern Unite Community branches has organised a meeting to discuss the PCS booklet "Social security: the case for radical change" and how to promote and build on the initiative.

The booklet can be downloaded as a pdf from the PCS website.

The meeting will be at 1pm at Shakespeare Hall, Durham on Friday 12 July.

As well as PCS national president Fran Heathcote, the head of Unite Community, Lian Groves, will address the meeting.

A free buffet will be provided at the meeting and all are welcome.
