2016's congress was in Brighton from 11-14 September.
Calling for action on pay, tackling racism and campaigning for tax justice, were some of the key points the PCS delegation made at the 148th TUC Congress.
Our message to delegates to other unions was 'No to austerity, yes to tax justice'.
Great #JC4PM evening
As part of our congress activities we hosted a great evening of music, comedy and politics in support of and featuring Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn at the Brighton Dome on 13 September.
Our delegation spoke to a variety of motions and attended various fringe events throughout the course of the 4 days.
We also attended the National Shop Stewards Network rally on Sunday, featuring shadow chancellor John McDonnell.
In one of our motions to congress we called for coordinated action to break the government's disastrous 1% public sector pay cap. In another we called on the TUC to develop a new anti-racism campaign that is integrated with an active anti-cuts and anti-austerity campaign.
