PCS members vote overwhelmingly to accept MOJ pay offer

Members have voted overwhelmingly to accept the pay offer in the PCS MOJ consultative ballot over pay, which closed at noon today.

  • Vote to accept the offer: 89.6%
  • Vote to reject the offer: 10.4%
  • Turnout: 62.82%

We would like to thank all members who participated in the ballot, as well as the members from the other unions (FDA, Prospect and GMB) who also voted in favour of the offer. We will be issuing a more detailed briefing which outlines next steps in due course.

More than 500 new members have joined PCS during the ballot process. We will continue to engage with all members on the forthcoming review on specialist pay, allowances and recruitment and retention allowance. To have your say and be involved in the consultation you must be a PCS member.

Speak to colleagues who aren’t PCS members and encourage them to join online.  (https://www.pcs.org.uk/join)
