The PCS reps helpline has been set up to provide all branch and workplace representatives with ready access to information, data and guidance.
The helpline, run by the PCS information service, is open 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and can deal with any employment, union or personal case related query.
With access to a wide range of resources, the reps helpline can answer your enquiries and requests for information quickly and speedily.
