The PCS culture group is the over-arching body covering all PCS bargaining areas in the sport, culture, and arts sector and represents the interests of all of our members.

PCS members work in many different jobs such as visitor services, retail, IT, security, administration and technical support, conservation, gardening and cleaning.

Despite the different types of employment and employers there are many common issues and aims shared by members.

Our campaigning priorities include:

  • A fully-funded cultural life for citizens
