Guide to help organise your Branch Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The Branch AGM is the key meeting for any Branch in PCS, and every level of decision making in PCS has its roots in Branch AGMs.

It provides the opportunity for elected representatives to report back on what they have done in the year since the last AGM as well as presenting Branch accounts and important decisions on elections and nominations for the coming year.

Although this all may sound daunting - it’s easier than you think.

An updated guide for Branches on all aspects of organising an AGM is now available and  following the guide will allow for a successful and enjoyable meeting.
