The regional committee sees its key role as informing and supporting branch equality officers to enable them to encourage greater involvement of under represented groups in the workplace by raising awareness of equality and diversity issues at work and in the community.

We aim to do that by providing information to equality officers and by arranging training courses and seminars to keep them abreast of PCS policy and legislative change.

South West black members' network

A regional sub-committee has been launched in the region. If you are interested in finding out more information and getting involved please contact the regional office.

South West disability network

PCS in the South West is relaunching the disabled members’ forum for the region. We’re inviting you to get in touch if you identify as having a disability so we can keep you informed of future events and for you to get involved and set our agenda.

We aim to be proactive and supportive by developing campaigns, policies and collective bargaining issues to protect and enhance the rights of disabled people in the workplace and in wider society.

Get in touch with us by completing the web form and we’ll get back to you.
