Certificate in industrial relations at Keele University
The course takes a detailed look at industrial relations institutions: trade unions, work, management and employers; public policy on industrial relations; and collective bargaining.
Learners can also choose from one of the following options:
- health and safety at work
- inequality at work
- dispute resolution.
There is a strong emphasis on developing study and research skills.
The course lasts nine months part-time distance learning with three residential weekends in September, January and April.
