PCS staff in the Wales & South West hub are working hard to provide PCS members with support and advice during this difficult and uncertain time. The office premises at Unite Building, 1 Cathedral Road, Cardiff will be closed from Monday 23 March until further notice.

General queries can be emailed to wales@pcs.org.uk . The office landline number 02920 666 363  is still in use and will be checked daily. Members are asked to leave their name and contact number and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as we can.

If you have any branch officers who are ill or self-isolating, please update the regional office via email address shown above with your new contact so that we can pass members to the right person for them.

Members of staff are still available via email, details can be found via the PCS Wales Team page

This is a difficult and uncertain time for us all but we will ensure that your union continues to fight for your interests.

PCS has about 20,000 members in Wales, based in UK government departments, the Welsh devolved area and the commercial sector.

We have an office in Cardiff which acts as a focal point for PCS activity in Wales, assisting branches with recruitment, organisation and campaigns, providing training for reps and promoting workplace learning.

The office also provides individual and collective representation for members whose employers are based in Wales, such as the Welsh Government, DVLA, ONS, the Royal Mint and the many Welsh 'non-departmental public bodies'. There is an elected Wales Committee, which works with the full-time office staff to provide leadership and co-ordination for the union's work.
