The PCS Associate and Retired Members' association (ARMS) is the body within PCS for members who have retired, been made redundant or moved on to roles where PCS doesn't operate, and who wish to keep in touch with the union.
It offers services and information and ensures that the voice of associate and retired members is heard throughout the union and in the wider political arena and pensioner movement.
ARMS is active in the community, with strong links to charities, local trades councils, regional TUC pensioners networks, and campaign groups. In particular, it is affiliated to the National Pensioners Convention and the Public Services Pensioners Council, working with other organisations on matters of common interest.
You can find out more about ARMS nationally elsewhere on the PCS website.
ARMS has a Wales Committee, which meets regularly. Its secretary is Louisa St. Bartholomew Brown-Morgan. If you’d like to know more about the activities of ARMS Wales and to find out how you can get involved, please email Sue Watkins at firstname.lastname@example.org
