The PCS Wales Plan sets out the strategic priorities of the union in Wales, covering all the areas of work in which we are involved.
It reflects the policies agreed by the union nationally but incorporates input from reps and officials in Wales that relates specifically to the Welsh context.
It is updated annually to incorporate the key action points that will need to be delivered over the following year.
The plan is the property of the whole union in Wales. Its delivery is overseen by the PCS Wales committee and fuill-time officers, and progress is reviewed at each Wales committee meeting.
Groups, branches, fora and campaign groups are encouraged to develop their own plans that reflect the priorities agreed at an all-Wales level.
