Having a well organised workplace, with a visible and vibrant PCS culture, is key to our building, growing, winning organsing strategy.
It is crucial that new staff are contacted about joining PCS as early as possible, as most new recruits to the union are through inductions.
Keeping in regular contact with members is vital, be that through walk rounds, updating your workplace noticeboards or when your branch is undertaking targetted recruitment drives for new members or activists. Organising isn't something we do at times of crisis, and making sure our branches are ballot ready all year round will helps build a growing union that wins for members.
