Super Saturday – 13 April mass phonebank for the national ballot

On Saturday 13 April, PCS activists from across the country will be taking part in a mass phonebank to get the vote out in our national ballot on pay, pensions and jobs.

At this critical stage of the campaign, it's important to reach out to every single member and remind them to get their ballot paper in the post box. Using CallHub is a great way to contact members to encourage them to take part and maximise turnout to beat the 50% threshold. Every single vote counts.

You can get involved in making calls, too. All you need is a mobile phone - you won't incur any costs and training is available to give you all the tools you need to start making calls.

PCS staff will be opening your region and nation offices for activists who want to come in, enjoy a few refreshments and make calls alongside fellow PCS members. You can sign up to attend your local office by checking details of each office's event.

This is your ballot - get involved!

Training on CallHub is on Zoom on the following dates:

Thursday 11 April: 12:00 – 12:30pm
Thursday 11 April: 6:30pm – 7:00pm
Friday 12 April: 12:00 – 12:30pm

The same Zoom link applies for all three sessions.

Strike Schools

A final series of Strike Schools is being held from 10-17 April for any reps, advocates and members who missed out on the earlier ones and want to get involved in getting the vote out. These one-hour sessions will focus on getting the vote out, information on the levy, talking to members, digital tools and Callhub, key dates and branch planning and resources.
