It is important that we can communicate with all PCS members and we are asking you to log into PCS Digital to check and update your details, particularly your ballot address and email address.
If we don’t have a correct ballot address we can’t send you ballot papers to vote in important ballots such as elections for our general secretary or for industrial action. By law, both types of ballots must be postal.
We recommend using your home address as your ballot address as we cannot guarantee that post sent to work addresses will reach you; it often doesn’t get sent on, and there are issues if you are working from home or on a hybrid working pattern. Also, when employers know we are sending out ballot papers, particularly for industrial action, there is the possibility that they may stop distributing post that they know is related to the ballot.
