PCS Academy course programme for 2024 online
Members, advocates and reps can now book onto courses for our January to March term.
PCS Academy has launched its programme of training courses for our January to March 2024 term. There are courses on offer for everyone - from brand new members to the most experienced union reps.
- Advocates – sign up for a short induction with your branch officers on how you can support PCS’s work within your own workplace. This can be followed up with an Advocates Next Step bitesize 1 hour course in your region.
- Getting more involved - each region has introductory Welcome to PCS courses; find out what being active in the union involves.
- Learn the skills you need - Sign up for a Workplace Rep, or Health & Safety Rep training programmes, or get involved as a Learning Rep or Equality Network rep.
- Fight for a fairer workplace - Attend a one-day course on an issue your branch may want to campaign on, e.g., Age Discrimination, Bullying, Understanding Disability, Combatting Domestic Abuse, Health & Safety for Working from Home, Tackling Stress, or Climate Justice
How to apply
All courses are now available for online registration. All you need to do is register and log-in to PCS Digital, then click on ‘Courses & Events’ and select your course.
