PCS continues to support Stop the War and Palestine Solidarity demonstrations
Events are taking place across the UK this week to mark International Women’s Day (8) as well as the next national march for Palestine in London (9)
PCS continues to stand in solidarity with the people of Gaza, mobilising for events across the UK this weekend.
Following weeks of events and rallies, which PCS has supported, and which our general secretary Fran Heathcote has addressed, PCS is supporting the Stop the War Coalition workplace day of action on Friday (8) on International Women’s Day to show our ongoing solidarity with the women of Gaza. Taking place across the UK, members are encouraged to attend local events - details can be found on the Stop the War website.
PCS is also encouraging members to mobilise for the next national Palestine Solidarity Campaign demonstration in London this coming Saturday (9) March. Find details of regional coaches to take you to the demo on the Palestine Solidarity Campaign website.
PCS has been at the forefront of the trade union response to the ongoing war in Gaza and we will continue to call for a ceasefire, the release of all hostages and peace across the region.
