This two-day course which will cover transgender and wider equality issues is open to all PCS members.
Handling Complex Issues - Cymru/Wales and SW England
4 - 18 December: 9:30am – 4pm
This course focuses on Conduct & Discipline, Bullying/Harassment, Discrimination, Attendance & ‘Efficiency’ issues in the workplace
4 December - 5 December: 10am – 12:30pm
The course is designed to explain the AGM process including deadlines, help increase AGM attendance and participation, and to develop motion writing skills.
7 December: 9am – 3pm
To help PCS green reps begin to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to carry out their role effectively.
Mental Health in the Workplace
7 December: 10am – 4pm
Our training can give you the knowledge and confidence to help members to challenge where policies may be being breached or employers are unaware of employment rights.
Union Democracy in Action: Young Members & Your AGM
7 - 11 December: 4pm – 6pm
The course is designed to explain the Annual General Meeting processes, and to build your confidence to write and present 'motions' at your Branch's AGM.
