At PCS we provide answers to your questions about problems at work, your terms and conditions and a wide range of equality issues.
As a PCS member your first point of contact for answers to questions and help and advice is your workplace representative. Once you join you can sign up to PCS Digital to find your rep’s contact details and get in touch
Through PCS Digital you can also access PCS Knowledge, our members-only online resource which is full of answers to your questions on everything from law at work to health and safety, menopause to racism.
The PCS website also provides information on our current campaigns, news and events, and contact details for PCS departments and offices.
If you have a query that you cannot find the answer to via your rep, PCS Digital or the website, or if you have problems finding out who your rep is, you can contact our response team at responseteam@pcs.org.uk with any questions and queries.
