One of our popular services is a free will writing service for PCS members and their partners.
You can complete your will online with BBH Legal, which is a subsidiary of Thompsons Solicitors, if you are based in England or Wales.
If you are based in Scotland you can complete the form on the Thompsons Solicitors' website or in Northern Ireland, you can apply by completing the PDF form.
PCS members can nominate a family member or friend to receive a death benefit if they die while still in employment. It is applicable after six months’ membership and in 2023 the amount payable is £1808.40.
