Democracy in action

PCS policy for the coming year is determined at the annual delegate conference where ordinary members from across the country have their say on the important issues affecting the union. Issues like pay, terms and conditions, pensions, minimum office attendance are debated, alongside important societal issues and how PCS responds to them.

Although you may not be attending the conferences, you can still influence how PCS takes these issues forward by attending branch meetings and voting in the group and national elections.
