News
Christmas and New Year can be a difficult time for many, especially those dealing with financial worries, poor mental health or domestic violence. As a PCS member, there are a number of ways PCS can provide or signpost to services to help you.
10 October is World Mental Health Day and this year's theme is "Mental Health is a Universal Human Right." 1 in 4 people in the UK struggle with mental health, impacting their personal and professional lives.
Sober October is a chance to cut down or give up alcohol for the whole month, with support from peers and a great chance to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
In the A to Z of benefits of being a PCS member, C is for Counselling services.
