10 October is World Mental Health Day and this year's theme is "Mental Health is a Universal Human Right." 1 in 4 people in the UK struggle with mental health, impacting their personal and professional lives.
The Young Members' Seminar in Newcastle provided an opportunity for young PCS activists from across the UK to get together and share their experiences of recent campaigns and organising young members in their workplaces.
We are setting up a temporary emergency membership levy to fund the sustained targeted action needed to put maximum pressure on employers and the government to meet our demands.
