Submission of online motions for national conference is open and next week is HeartUnions week, celebrating our hard working union reps.

Timetable for PCS Conferences and Elections

The 2024 PCS Annual Delegate Conference will take place between Tuesday 21 and Thursday 23 May in Brighton with group conferences taking place the day before on Monday 20 May.


New strike dates announced at the Pensions Regulator

PCS members will take 12 more days of strike action this month and next in pursuit of our national campaign. 


HeartUnions week - order materials now

You can now order printed materials in advance of HeartUnions week (12 to 18 February), and the TUC is running webinars that you can register for. 


Submit your conference motions online 

All motions for national and group conferences must be submitted using the motions on-line process in PCS Digital. Deadline 5pm on Thursday 7 March (this date may be different for group conferences).


Northwest Learning Event

12 February: 8pm – 9pm

This event is for Learning Reps, those thinking of being learning reps, Organisers and Equality Reps. 


2024 pay consultation meetings for outsourced Facilities Management members

13 February: 8pm – 9pm

The meetings will seek your input on the priorities for your 2024 PCS model FM pay claim.


Welcome to PCS - Eastern, London and the South East regions


12 February: 10am – 4pm

This course is aimed at members who are new to the union and interested in getting involved in union activity.


Advocates Next Steps


13 February: 6pm – 7pm

This is a 1 hour virtual course for all members who are interested in getting more involved in the union, and who have completed an initial advocate induction. 


Learning Reps Stage 2

14 February - 14 March: 10am – 4pm

This follow-on course focuses on the skills, knowledge and tasks required to run regular learning events and activity in your branch or group. 


Racism & Intolerance: Changing Attitudes in the Workplace


15 February: 10am – 4pm

One day workshop developed by the TUC, and anti-racism organisations to; help build your confidence in challenging far-right ideas; help you tackle difficult conversations; and campaigning tips.

15 February: 12pm – 1pm

This is a 1 hour virtual course for all members who are interested in getting more involved in the union.
