Our national strike ballot closes on 13 May and the results will be published as soon as possible afterwards. Also, this week there is a number of great courses coming up including menopause in the workplace, and a training course for new delegates.

Menopause in the Workplace 

13 May: 8am – 2pm

This short course for reps and members has been designed to create greater awareness of the menopause as a workplace issue.


Advocates Next Steps - Northern, Yorkshire & Humberside regions

14 May: 12:30pm – 1:30pm

The aim of this session is to continue to develop the skills of union advocates who have begun to carry out the role' and to give them confidence in talking to members to help build the union.


New Delegates Training

15 May: 10apm – 4pm

This short course will help you understand what's going on - so that you can enjoy your first conference experience!


Bullying

16 May: 10am – 4pm

This course helps you define bullying behaviours and outlines how PCS reps can help individual members who complain of bullying.
