As we celebrate the heroic role the Tolpuddle martyrs played in fighting for workers’ rights, PCS is balloting members for industrial action for a 5% pay rise and calling on all unions to unite together to end poverty pay for all workers.
Next week, PCS Annual Delegate Conference will decide whether or not to call a national, statutory ballot on pay. If the ballot is agreed, we want all our activists to get involved and sign up for a special training day on 9 or 16 June.

Our group and national conferences take place in Brighton from Monday (23 May) to Thursday next week, when delegates meet to agree our union's priorities for the next 12 months.
