Grasp the chance to go to TUC young workers' conference if you can
I attended TUC young workers' conference this year as an observer, and I can definitely say it gave me a lot of insight and perspective into the ongoing issues young workers are facing such as pay, housing and the rise of the far right.
Watching the conference helped me gain confidence in speaking to large groups of people for upcoming conferences. The experience is something I think young people should grasp if offered as it allows you to network and form relationships with comrades from a variety of unions from all over the country.
