PCS Members at MyCSP Extend Strike Action Over Representation Dispute

PCS members employed by pension administrator MyCSP have already undertaken 10 weeks of strike action. Now we have formally notified the employer of plans to extend the industrial action by a further six weeks, continuing until 7 November.

The ongoing dispute centres on MyCSP management’s refusal to allow PCS to represent staff in discussions ahead of the scheduled TUPE transfer to Capita in December.

PCS General Secretary Fran Heathcote said: “Our members are taking sustained action because they believe in the fundamental right to representation.

“They deserve to have a voice in discussions and decisions that directly affect their jobs, their working conditions, and their futures.

“PCS will continue to stand with them until that right is recognised.”
