Motions online is now live
Branches can now submit motions for group conferences and national conference online using PCS Digital.
Our 2025 annual delegate conference will take place from 20-22 May in Brighton with group conferences taking place from 19-20 May.
Motions online, the system for submitting all motions for national and group conferences through PCS Digital, is now live.
PCS Digital will also be used for submitting emergency motions and references back, and for registering delegates.
Motions online will close at 5pm on Thursday 6 March 2025 for group conferences and national conference.
The deadline for the receipt of national emergency motions and references back will be 3pm on Friday 16 May.
Submitting motions
Motions online is the ONLY way to submit motions to national conference and group conferences.
Motions for national conference should be no more than 500 words (apart from constitution or rule amendments) and two branch officers are needed to submit a motion.
Please do not leave submissions to the last minute to ensure that there is enough time to resolve any issues.
