One week left to vote yes in the DWP pay ballot

It is crucial that our members in the Department for Work and Pensions vote in the pay ballot and send a powerful message to their employer to address chronic low pay.

The consultative ballot on the 2025/26 DWP pay offer closes at noon on 30 SeptemberThe ballot is online, and you can only vote using the online link sent in the email from the independent balloting service. The email is from [email protected] and was sent out on 9 September.

The system to request replacement ballot papers has been reopened as some members have reported that they hadn’t received an email link. A replacement ballot link can be requested from the “My Membership” tab on your PCS digital page, found under the DWP Campaign until noon tomorrow (24 September).

All members, who have yet to vote, will receive a further email from the balloting service [email protected] today. This will contain the link to the ballot and the secure login details. Please check your inbox and spam for this email.

VOTE YES

Please complete this ballot and encourage your colleagues to do the same. It is vital that we send a strong message to DWP and UK Government that PCS members will not accept poverty pay in the DWP. DWP must do better.
