Remember to submit your motions and nominations

Branches have two weeks left to submit motions for conferences and to nominate members to the NEC.

Thursday 6 March at 5pm is the deadline for branches to submit motions for PCS group and national conferences, to nominate national executive committee (NEC) members and to apply for trainee delegates and paid observers.

Motions

All PCS branches should hold their annual general meetings by Thursday 6 March and they have until 5pm on that date to submit their motions online, through PCS Digital. Any motions submitted after the deadline will be disregarded. Please do not leave submissions to the last minute to ensure that there is enough time to resolve any issues.

PCS Digital will also be used for submitting emergency motions and references back, and for registering delegates. The deadline for submitting national emergency motions and references back is 3pm on Friday 16 May.

If you experience any technical difficulties when submitting motions, please email [email protected]. If you have any queries about motions please contact the standing orders committee (SOC) secretary for your group. The national SOC secretary is Martin John, email [email protected].

Trainee delegates and paid observers

Branches should apply for trainee delegates and paid observers before the deadline of 5pm on Thursday 6 March using PCS Digital.

The deadline for registering ordinary delegates to national conference is noon on Friday 9 May.
