Support with Civil Service Pension Scheme online portal
A new online portal went live from 1 December and requires members to register again.
Capita took over the contract for administering the Civil Service Pension Scheme on 1 December.
A new online portal has been set up to replace the previous one from MyCSP, which is no longer available.
The new portal is accessed via the scheme website which enables members to:
- Update address and contact information
- View and download payslips and P60s (retired and partially retired members)
- Manage death benefit nominations
- Communicate directly with the pensions administrator through a secure messaging system which enables the submission of forms and attachments.
