The NEC met today and discussed the next steps in our national campaign. The NEC received over 160 responses from branches to our consultation and based on that feedback agreed to run an online consultative ballot from 3 to 31 August.

PCS has this afternoon heard that the Appeal Court has granted permission to appeal against the Court Judgment on our claim that pension contributions must be reduced following the valuation which showed that pension costs were higher than necessary.
